About Javiar

Javiar is a neurodiverse, bi-racial actor represented by Bazan Talent Agency and an experienced acting and voice coach. With extensive training across acting and vocal disciplines, his work spans accents and dialects, text, movement practices, and voice development.
Javiar works with professional actors looking to refine their craft and actors currently in training. He also enjoys working with non-actors who want to strengthen their voice, confidence, and communication. Based in the Midlands, he offers coaching both in person and online.
Clients often describe working with Javiar as energising and empowering. He has a talent for breaking down complex techniques into clear, practical steps, making learning accessible and enjoyable. His approach is supportive rather than gatekeeping—he believes knowledge should be shared openly, and that every performer deserves the tools to grow.
With over eight years of coaching experience, Javiar focuses on process over perfection. His sessions are built around practical skill-building, helping clients move beyond simply understanding a technique to truly embodying it.

Javiar currently tutors at Identity School of Acting (IDSA), is an Associate Lecturer at Northampton University, has taught at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London Metropolitan University and tutors at The Actors Workshop Nottingham.
